The second workshop led the participants into a deeper art-therapeutic process. Through a guided inner journey, they revisited the emotional reality of past confinement and the intelligence, courage and resilience that enabled their path to freedom. Using colours, textures and intuitive movements on paper, they expressed the thresholds between fear, resistance and liberation. Under Nargol’s guidance, the group followed a step-by-step artistic process, allowing inner stories to emerge through the hands rather than the intellect. This exercise opened a channel for emotional clarity, grounding and shared resonance. In the second part of the session, the women began constructing the foundational structures of their bird masks—the shared artwork that symbolically connects their individual stories into one collective narrative. The masks will evolve across several workshops and later be photographed in nature as a unified expression of transformation.
