About The Event

The fourth workshop opened with a gentle embodiment practice that helped the group arrive calmly and reconnect with one another. After the intensity of the previous weeks, the women met in a more settled and grounded atmosphere, feeling supported by the group and ready to focus their attention inward.

A central part of this workshop was dedicated to journaling. The participants were invited to reflect on the reasons that led them to leave Iran. Each woman identified four personal reasons and gave each of them a short story — an experience, a memory or a moment that made this decision real and meaningful. Writing these stories helped to bring clarity and dignity to deeply personal choices, while being held within the shared space of the group.
