The fifth workshop marked a clear deepening of focus and inner clarity. The group has now developed a strong sense of trust, allowing the women to work with greater concentration and confidence. A journalist joined the session and was naturally integrated into the circle, speaking with several participants about their experiences.

The workshop began, as usual, with a short embodiment practice that quickly brought the group into shared presence. The central part of the day was dedicated to journaling. The women reflected on the restrictions they had experienced in Iran: What was forbidden? How did they respond? How did these circumstances shape their personality and personal life? And how have they been able to use their freedom in Germany? These questions allowed the participants to clarify their stories and strengthen their own voices.
